Job Description:

GEOINT Research Reports - The Contractor shall perform analysis of specified facilities or groups of facilities (installations) using manual methods or manual methods augmented with automation to describe infrastructure present at a specified facility and the assessed function or mission of the equipment and facility. GEOINT Research Reports shall include the methodology used to reach the assessment, references to data supporting the assessment, and imagery graphics clearly communicating principal features and key events. The Contractor is required to utilize quality control processes that include analysts with formal GEOINT training and expertise as well as subject matter expertise in analysis of military forces, imagery analysis, and geospatial data production.

Required Skills:

Experience conducting Foundational Military Intelligence analysis and baseline reporting
Experience with photogrammetric principles and techniques
Experience with analytic systems and tools (Such as RemoteView, SOCET GXP, or ArcGIS)
Experience with NTM sensors and capabilities (Including tasking and collection)
Experience with Quality Control Protocols and Processes
Ability to collaborate with partners across the IC and DoD on technical or substantive topics.
Ability to collaborate with fellow analysts to deconstruct problems and develop effective analysis and collection approaches
